If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, you can change them or be reimbursed. You will have 7 days from the date of the order receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be returned to the address specified in the transport document together with the transport document itself, behind which the reason for the return must be written. Shipping by registered mail is highly recommended. Shipping costs are at your expense, except in the event that you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products. SILA S.p.A. will make every diligent effort to replace damaged or defective products. If replacement is not possible, the only obligation of SILA S.p.A. is to repay what you have paid, without prejudice to your rights.
